I (50M) recently started actively using hookup apps. I’m only a couple weeks in and I was mainly using it to feel wanted. Call it a mid-life crisis. On one of the apps, I matched with a young woman (19). For days, it was a lot of dirty talk. Which was good enough for me. Friday morning, I woke up at 3:30am and began messaging her. She responded and told me she wanted to come over. I told her I didn’t think that was a good idea, but I wanted her to anyway. After a few back and forths, I agreed. I sent her an Uber and 40 minutes later she was at my front door. We went upstairs and had sex. Afterwards, we bathed together and then I drove her home. The minute I dropped her off the shame and guilt took over. I legit hate myself and pray I didn’t do any emotional harm to her. She keeps reaching out and wants to meet again, but tonight Im going to tell her that can’t happen. I can’t tell anyone this IRL and had to get it off my chest.
