My cousin raped a woman while overseas and he thinks it's hilarious

I (21F) have a cousin (25M) who I talk to pretty frequently. My cousin visited Thailand in 2025 for his birthday. He spent the entire week paying sex workers to have sex with him. He came back and raved about it to me on the phone. He quickly planned another trip to return, to do the same thing, and right now he's in Thailand. He's been there for 1 month and calls me frequently to update me. His plan is to stay there for 4 months and collect as many "bodies" as possible. He goes on about how many women he's having sex with, showing me these women's nude photos, and overall speaking about these women so disrespectfully. As a woman myself this always bothered me but he's my cousin so I lended him my ear. Today though, he said something to me that truly destroyed me. He told me that he invited a woman over so they could have sex that he would pay for. She got blackout drunk (6 bottles of Soju) while he only had one. He proceeds to tell me that she passed out in his bed and urinated on herself. Then he confessed that he had "sex" with her 4 times while she was unconscious. So unconscious that she was urinating on herself while he was defiling her. I shut that down immediately. I told him that he raped her, that she couldn't consent while blackout. He started backpedaling saying he was drunk too, or it was a joke. I knew he wasn't joking. No one would add so many sick details to a joke and make me promise not to tell anyone. I cussed him out and hung up the phone. I then called my mom and sister while sobbing because I was in shock. He kept calling me repeatedly, texting me in between calling me a liar because I freaked out on him (before he told me I told him I wouldn't). He said I didn't let him finish the whole story. Eventually I called him again to let him finish. The rest of the story was him trying to make her out to be crazy as if that absolves him of his crime. The kicker is, he said this while laughing. Every word was said while he smiled in my face. He said it was one of his sexual fantasies and that it was like having sex with a doll. He said he doesn't even feel remorse. I feel sick to my stomach. I cried so hard for that poor woman. I don't care what she is or what she does, no woman deserves that. I told him he's the type of man I have to be afraid of. He just laughed in my face. Apparently she woke up 7 hours later and doesn't even remember what happened. She is a random woman in Thailand who was raped by my cousin and I can't do anything to help. She was taken advantage of and she doesn't even remember. Honestly I don't even want to remember this anymore so I'm going to have a few drinks and go to bed after this. I'm just so angry at him. My mom says if he really did it he'll face a consequence. She was telling me about the jail time in Thailand. This cousin has a pending court case in the US (for a crash caused by a DUI) if that tells you anything else about him. So if he were to get arrested I reckon he'd be in huge trouble. But the girl doesn't even remember so I doubt it. I wouldn't care if he did get arrested though, he deserves it.
