Sharted my underwear in my sleep due to severe gluten intolerance

I am disgusted, I am an extremely hygenic guy I shower 1-2 times per day and wash my ass with soap after shitting. I ate a piece of fucking shit motherfucking white bread and my asshole decided to stop working now I gotta waste a pair of underwear and shower a 3rd time today. Sorry if I am coming off extremely angry, normal people don't have this problem I feel like a degenerate who should be publically canned. When I fucking say no gluten I really do mean it.
