I finally was about to lose my V card and I screwed up...

So this story begins with a girl I met on a dating app. As someone who personally takes safe sex seriously, I made sure to make it clear that contraception was key. We met up at a local diner for dinner (both of us already knew the place and were both fond of it), long story short we ended up going back to my apartment, and after a quick make-out sesh, things escalated. As aforementioned I don't joke around with safe sex and had already preloaded the most popular form of contraception (a condom) on my member. Upon dropping my drawers the date saw this condom already on and stormed out of my apartment. I fear that I came on too strong with the idea of contraception and she wont message me back. Is it possible that she was already committed enough to bare a child with me? Or did I come on too strong? This whole interaction has left me feeling rather odd. TL;DR I wore a condom the whole time while on a date and she didn't seem to appreciate my foresight.
