My house smells like literal shit because of my eating disorder

Although im now recovered, during the worst of it i used to make myself throw up down the shower drain. Only when the water was running, but i dont think that helped considering i probably did it hundreds of times. Now, if the AC is turned on and someone takes a shower, it spreads the stench of pure sewage throughout the entire house ( i still live with my parents ) im 95% sure this has to do with the vomit. Now my parents are probably going to try to fix this and im just going to continue pretending i have no idea why it smells.
