I Bled through My Clothes at Work and My Coworker saw Me

My period came early and REALLY heavy, so I ran to the bathroom. I went into the stall and assessed the damage, and in my panic seeing how bad my bleeding was, with my pants still down, I ran out to grab a tampon and paper towels. It was stupid, my mind was blank with panic and I was focused on fixing myself. Luckily no one was in there, but as I was getting back into the stall, pants, tampon and paper towels in hand cowUorker came in. I smiled and said sorry and shut the door as fast as possible. Luckily my shirt was long, to my mid thighs so nothing was exposed except my legs but I feel mortified and wanna throw up. I'm shaking, and wanna break down, I still have 7 hours left into my shift.
