I think I've got bowel cancer

About a year ago, I was on the toilet, just casually...you know, and I wiped, BLOOD RED, never been so scared in my life. Happened once, thought it must've been a burst polyp, shrugged it off as that was only once Until a few months later Then again, and again and again The symptoms just fit, different kinds of poo constantly, uncomfortable stomach, and I also need the toilet a lot I'm 19, surely this is for 50 year olds? I don't know what to do, I'm definitely not going to a doctor, I can barely admit it to myself
