I think I died

I can't explain this but I feel like I died. I was involved in a car accident August 22nd. The driver that hit me made a wrong turn and smashed into me head on. The last thing I remember is a bunch of paramedics on top of me and that was it. Now I'm here awake and it doesn't feel real? I'm not sure what to do. I know I was in an accident but I don't feel like I'm alive. Everything seems hazy and when I talked to my mom she didn't feel like she was real for some reason. Does anyone know what is going on?
