I used my gym as my own personal sex club

I used to belong to a gym that was very mainstream (i.e. not geared specifically toward gay people). I had read there was a gay hookup culture at the gym but thought it was either a lie or greatly exaggerated. Not long after joining the gym I had my first hookup in the steam room. As I got more used to the signs and who was cruising I started hooking up more and more. It got to the point that I would go at lunch time, work out for 5 minutes, then right to the steam room for sex. This was happening up to 3 times a week. I had a few regulars where we would see each other, make eye contact, then cut our workouts short and go right to the steam room.
