My mom showed my private parts to my brother when i was 12

When i was 12, i got curious about my body and one day, i was in the bathroom and took the hand mirror, sat on the toilet and started looking at my parts. I forgot to lock the door and my mom walked it, surprising me. Instead of walking away, she came to me, saying « oh you are discovering your body? ». I was trying to cover myself with my free hand but she decided to name to parts of my vulva. Then she decided it would be a good idea to « teach » my 9 year-old brother and she called him. I said no no no and tried to free myself but she put her hand on my shoulder to keep me seated. My brother came and she showed him my parts, touching them with her hands, even showing my clit and labia. I was totally petrified. Red as a tomatoe. Not able to say a word. But what came after is even worse. My brother started to call me « grosse plote » (big pussy) or « plote puante » (stinky pussy) in front of his friends. Thes « nicknames » followed me until i left home (and the city) at 17 yo. I never overcame this humiliation. I am now 55 yo and just started to talk about it to a professionnal so i can heal from that trauma. I do not speak to my brother anymore (for many other reasons than this one) and i am not really close to my mother. After this abuse, many more happened. I just do not trust people and i absolutely hate my intimate parts, convinced that they are ugly and despicable. I wish that therapy will help me heal from that.
