My friends bride had been first one to touch me in years

Basically this is an embarrassing confession and a bit lame. Im in my late 20s and never been in a relationship and im severely touch starved. Like i cant remember the last time someone touched my skin, maybe like 15 years ago. Yesterday i went to my best friends wedding and his *newly* wife was there and grateful for me to be there so she touched my shoulder and her hand rubbed all the way down my arm. Also just to say im not being wierd about this, she just did it in a friendly manner. But It felt so wierd but nice at the same time. Afterwards though i felt sad because i realised how long it had been since id been touched. I hate my life.
