I look at peoples laptops in University classes and I'm concerned

Overall people are usually doing the norm, like messaging friends or online shopping and whatever, but every now and then I just feel like im losing my mind watching someones screen. Also, I'm really easily distracted. Thats mostly why I do this, its entertaining. I am a 4th year psychology student finishing my last classes in summer. In this one 4th year psychology class, I sat behind a girl who only used various AI's the entire time. Like I'm so serious, She had Copilot, chatgpt, and gemini all running at the same time, would use all of them, and honestly the way she used them had no rhyme or reason, I didnt understand why she was asking one question vs another to different AI's. She didnt take down a single note and basically just used them to talk to with any thought she had. This particular lecture mentioned schizophrenia and hallucinations, and during this, I noticed her arguing with the AI because she had asked if hallucinations are really just God talking to people and we just see them all as having disorders when theyre experiencing actual messages. Of course, the AI disagreed with her, but then she kept pushing, and it was pretty quick to affirm her thoughts on it. I was kinda horrified and still am ngl. I expected AI to be a Yes-man as it often does with little pushback, but to be in a 4th year psychology class holding an unscientific viewpoint and bias you refused to be challenged on was pretty wild to see in real time. She didnt even have arguments, she was just keep goimg " but couldnt we have made it all up and it i could be possibly right??" and it eventually just started to give her the answer she wanted. AI use is something I see now and again looking at peoples laptops, but to this level? never seen anything like it, and I do kind of hope shes not a therapist in the future.
