I got caught stuffing my bra by my doctor

I’ve never really liked the size of my boobs, so I’ve stuffed my bra with silicone inserts for years now. In fact, I probably have the nicest ones you can buy. Anyway…. I went to my doctor today because I’ve had some flu symptoms for a couple weeks now and they haven’t gotten better. While she’s examining me, I feel one the inserts shift a little but didn’t think anything of it. Then when I bend over a couple mins later, I feel it slip out the bottom of my bra and land on the tile floor with a loud PLOP… I stand there frozen and just stare at it for what feels like forever until she picks it up and hands it to me. Without either of us saying a word, I put it back where it belongs and then we continued on like it never happened
