I've stopped helping my boyfriend without being asked

I've seen it a million times over where women become resentful that their bf or husband doesn't do anything or becomes completely reliant on them. I realised that I was doing so much for my bf without him even asking. I was organising his day, packing and planning for him, keeping mental logs of what we had in the house and what we needed to buy, keeping track of domestic chores, basically doing a lot of mental and physical work in our relationship when he's not a child and can do it himself. The result: he's not even noticed, he just started doing those things himself and I feel much happier. He's the person I want to have kids with and I didn't want to end up being one of those women who has an additional child. If he asked me for help, I'll still help him, but I realised that I was worried and stressed about not only my life and existence but also trying to do the thinking for him as well. He's a grown man and can sort out his own stuff.
