Confused and Heartbroken!

We were together for the last 3 years. During the first 2 years, he said his family would not accept me due to the caste system, so he would block and unblock me many times. When we met, he was very sweet in person but rude on calls and texts. One day, he said he wanted to move on, and we broke up. After a few months, he came back, emotional, and said he would take a stand for us because he couldn't live without me and loved me a lot. Out of love and seeing him, I accepted him, and we were planning to get married soon. I met his family, and he said they agreed. It went smoothly for a few months; his family was involved, and things from my side were also clear. For 8-9 months, everything went well. He was abroad for 4 months, then came back, we spent time together, and everything was perfect. Just before finalizing the next step towards our marriage process, his family put my family and me on hold, asking for 2-3 days to rethink the next step. Suddenly, in 3 days, his mother called me, citing some astrological matchmaking reason, and said they couldn't move ahead. He didn't even talk to me once, ghosted me, and blocked me everywhere. After 2 months, I found out that he got engaged to someone else and learned that they were looking for other girls in arranged setups from the beginning. He was also casually involved with other girls while we were together. Then, 20 days after his engagement, he contacted me and said he was manipulated by his parents and forced to get engaged. He told me he hadn't moved on and still loved me. Then, he blocked me again and moved on. Just 2 days later, I saw him celebrating his birthday with that girl. What should I do? I am completely shattered now!
